Referral Program

Rick Baldwin Office Systems & Service (RBOSS) offers a credit* to current customers for new account referrals. Be sure to have your friends tell us that you referred them. You may also use the Referral Form to submit the names of anyone you have referred to RBOSS.

The following rules apply to the Referral Program:

Credits are awarded based on your referrals first purchase, service or Internet access only. In the event of multiple types of "first purchase", the referral credit will be awarded based on only one category of their purchase, whichever would result in the highest credit to your account. No credits are awarded for your referral's continuing business.
Referral Credit Categories:
- Product Purchases: If your referral makes an equipment or software purchase, a percentage, of a referral's first purchase of products will be applied toward your future billings.
- Service Requests: If your referral places a service call, a credit will be applied toward your future billings. Credit value is dependant on whether your referral is business or residential in nature.
- Web Design: If your referral makes a web site purchase, a percentage of a referral's first purchase of web design will be applied toward your future billings.
- Web Hosting: If your referral requests web site hosting through RBOSS, a credit equivalent to one month of web hosting will be applied to your account.
- Internet Access: If your referral signs up for RBOSS Internet access, a credit of the equivalent of one-month dial-in service will be applied toward your future billings.
Your account must be current and in good standing in order to have credits applied. Credits will be dropped if your account is behind. NO credits will be applied to delinquent accounts!
Credits are given for new accounts only. A new account is defined as anyone who has not done any form of business with RBOSS. A second Internet account for you or someone you previously received a referral for does not qualify as a new account.
The new account must have paid for their purchase, service call, or in the case of an Internet referral, their Setup Fee and their first three months of access before your credit will be applied to your account.
This referral credit will be applied to the end of your current term. Credits are not applied toward past purchases, service or Internet access... Credits are only applied toward future purchases, service or Internet access.
There is NO CASH VALUE for referral credits, only credits toward future purchases, service or Internet access through RBOSS.
Referral requests must be received within 30 days of the new account registration or purchase in order to be approved.
Customer Referral Program restrictions and referral credit values are subject to change at any time.
Referral credits are subject to RBOSS approval. RBOSS reserves the right to restrict credit amounts, deny credits or refuse referral applications at it's own discretion.

Internet Member Specific Rules:

Members of any special programs (i.e. Company Group Plans) do not receive free referral months for other members which are eligible for the same program.
Your may refer as many accounts as your desire. However, you may only accumulate up to a maximum of twelve "active" credit months. This is a revolving credit system, so once you have "used" a month of free credit, you may, again, refer for another credit.
